Hello there my lovely hivers!!!!

Despite the disaster happening to the northern part of the cebu, they still celebrate fiesta. To honor the saint, and keep them safe. My friend invited me since they will be celebrating fiesta in spite of the traumas, sadness and fear. I really wanted to go there to meet up with them, and ask them personally of how they've been. But, the problem is that my father, he was strict and I don't think he would allow me to go there since aftershocks are still happening. I was nervous to ask my father for permission but thankfully, he said yes. It was already 7 when we went to my friend's house and some of my friends arrived there at 6:00 pm.

As we arrived at their home, my friend gave us a paper plate so we could eat right away. I was happy to see my friends smile and they were safe. I am not hungry but I still ate since there was a letchon and the best dish that I ate was the chicken tinola it was soft and creamy. I ate right away since I was scared to stay long inside of the house and they were too comfortable spending their time inside of the concrete house.
My friend said we would go to the chapel and there is also a stall selling some earrings and all.

There were people offering us a candle asking us if we would light a candle to the chapel and pray. That made us think and decided to buy a candle and it cost 3 pieces for P20. I thought the saint in here was San Isidro Labrador, it's because I saw my friend's neighbor posting about the saint but I was wrong It's "Mother of Perpetual Health" also it's my first time hearing its name.

After we lit our candles, we decided to take a group picture. My friend mentioned a while ago if we could take a group picture but we were on the street and now that we have more time so we took pictures to have memories together. Every fiesta, this is just the time when we can bond together but now that there is a crisis it's just the 4 of us. They wore a sexy outfits except me🥲.

One of my friends wanted to see those stalls on closer look so we went there and she bought one pair of earrings and it cost P15. That made me also buy earrings that cost P40.

That sums up our moments in the fiesta celebration of my friend's hometown.
