I enjoy watching videos from Dr. K's channel. From time to time he would feature YT shorts from his longer videos. This morning I came by this short clip where in he talks about finding your sense of purpose. It does make me think of what indeed is my sense of purpose? 😛 He mentions about connecting to the world and finding that in the process. 🤔 Now that's something to think about for me. Let me start on that process to keep me busy each day... it will take a while to find the right answers, that's for sure. Perhaps in time I will get there.
Glad these past two days I reached at least 4K steps each. I'd have to admit it's a bit lazy on my part not to push them up further. 😅 Well, I've got time to catch up. Like I mentioned previously, if I do have more energy, I do more. If not, I try at least to do the bare minimum.

Then I remember Thanksgiving is happening towards the end of this month. 😅 we don't exactly celebrate that occasion, but it does not mean I have nothing to be thankful for each and every day. It's finding and achieving the mini victories each day that helps make a difference. If you're having a tough day, try and find something good in your day. I'm pretty sure there is something. 😉 Create good moments, as I'm sure we are all capable of being creators of good in our lives.
Thankful that we are not in the direct path of the typhoon that's crossing the country. My prayers are to those who were badly affected. I've seen videos on my news feed. Some areas are really worse off than others. Once again it's been shown that we are at the mercy of nature. It's best to learn to adapt in these changing times. 🙏❤️💡
