Happy Chooseday 🎉 remember to choose happy always 😆 Yup, I'm choosing happy despite it being warm again where I am. Thankfully, it's not as hot as summer, but it's still too warm for this time of the year. 🙄
I did mention about signing up for a meal plan for the week. Well, let me share a sample meal here. I signed up for a low calorie meal plan. I figured I'd settle for 1.2K calories / day as I'm not too active anyway. It will be a good way to maintain or even lose a little weight.
That's my lunch earlier today. Looks like a small portion. 😆 I did feel quite full after. One advantage is I did not need to think about my meals. I think I get to cook and eat more if I do my own cooking. 😅
That's how I receive the meals when delivered. Since I do not have a microwave, I reheat the meals on a stove top steamer. Two more meal days to go as I have already received the meals for tomorrow. I opted for an afternoon day before delivery. Guess I will need to decide by Friday on whether I'd continue my meal plan. 🤔

I honestly can't remember if this quote has already been featured in the past. 😆 One other quote I can relate to this is to thine own self be true. Guess authenticity is a truly valuable quality. I would have no idea how challenging this could be as I've abstained from mainstream social media for quite a few years already. 😅 Guess I've been living by my values and principles. Funny thing is I still get updates here and there even if I'm not too active on socmed. It is however more peaceful since I don't hang out to read others' feeds anymore (esp. on 'X'). 😂
Five days into the new month. Still a little too early to say if it's going to be great. 🤞 I will choose to have high hopes. 🙏❤️💡 I can rest easy when all bills for the month have been settled. 🤣
Today I was feeling a little low so my steps are just the minimum. Seems I was more energized yesterday. 😆 Must be 'coz I just came from my day off then. 😅 so yes, taking a break is actually good for recharging one's energy.
I actively work on these affiliate sites daily. I'm two days away from reaching $4 on LL. I'm setting my next goal to $5 now.
