Hey all, it's another FriYAY again! 🎉 Well, it's supposedly a stormy weekend, but nope, we don't have rain right now. I've got to admit there's a bit more wind than usual though. 🤔 I'm guessing other areas may be affected more badly. I think we'll be good, but let's wait and see tomorrow. 🙄
Guess for now my daily minimum has become 4K steps. 😆 I do try to reach that now. I'm not going to be overly ambitious and say that's good enough goal for me till end of the year. Perhaps I could try and aim for a minimum of 5K next year. 😝 Gonna add that to the plan list.
Well, tonight my dinner was again the measly potato salad. 😆 I know I'm counting calories, but even that was not enough to make me feel full. Thankfully, it's pretty cool tonight so I decided to cook myself ramyeon. Mmm, that's a welcome addition to my dinner. 😅

A-ha! Guess that says it all. At times, we need to step out of our comfort zone and learn to think out of the box to continue learning and growing. Sometimes, it makes me wonder if everything we were taught in school were all correct, esp. when it comes to history. They did say history is written by the victors, so it could be shaped from a perspective that may not even be the truth. 😒 Ancient apocalypse is a specific topic I could think of. I mean who's to say that there may have already been a more advanced civilization in our ancient past, but that all may have been lost due to some catastrophe or disaster. I keep an open mind on topics like this one. I'd say there's a lot we don't really know about our origins. However, these topics are not necessarily taught in schools. 😂 Mostly we were taught to memorize and remember facts presented to us. Well, I've been out of school for so long now that I guess I have a right to question everything I want to question. 🤣

I love waterfalls. Back in the good ole days, I'm glad I was able to explore and visit a few of them. It's always a rough trek and hike just to reach the loveliest view of the waterfall. This was from nine years ago when we first tried joining a tour group just to be able to see Sagada up in the Mountain Province. It's one of my dream places to see and I'm glad I was able to tick off quite a few of them before I now have my mobility issue. It's a little sad coz I still have quite a list of other places I would have loved to visit. Maybe some day it would still be possible 🙏❤️💡
Four days and counting.. oh boy! September is coming to an end really soon. Wow that was fast, huh? Guess the rest of the remaining months would also pass by as quickly now...
It's time for the LL coops earnings recap for another week. That's the end of the month. These earnings from promotions may not be much, but they sure add to the total so I could reach another payout soonest.
