Hello everyone, how are you? About me, I'm feeling better because my baby is also feeling better after she had cough and nasal congestion. She also had a UTI. It was very stressful especially that my baby just spit the antibiotic. I was always nervous to give her the antibiotic because it's just wasted. No matter how hard I tried, even when I told her how sad and disappointed I've become if she refuses it, she will never take it. My only hope was water. I thanks God that through it, she's right now back to her daily core which is to play actively. Water is the most effective treatment for UTI and cough. That week, I was like, my mind was floating in the air because I worried too much.

1000005868.jpg This is her antibiotic that the pedia gave. It tastes bitter. I began to realize why this antibiotic is cheaper because there are only a few babies can dare to taste it. I was really desperate to look for an idea how will she like the syrup. I tried adding it to her milk, but she'll know, so it ended into spitting it up and will never drink her milk again. I tried to put it on her water, but when she tastes a bitter water, she would stop to drink. I mixed it to her other flavorful syrup, but the ending is spitting it up. I bought a syringe and put the syrup inside her cheeks so that her tongue cannot taste it,but it was unsuccessful. But thanks God for the water.

1000005932.jpg Today, because I'm very happy, I cooked a String Bean. It is Sitaw in Tagalog, Batong in Bisaya. I added pork given by our neighbour. That pork was a humba. Humba means, a soft pork viand. In Bisaya, it means Humok nga Humba. Humba is made up of fat pork, sugar, black beans, banana blossom and soda. It is my mother's favourite, but when I added it to the beans, it became yummier. I ate a lot of rice with it. When I sautéed the string bean, I added garlic, onion, ginger, pepper, ground pepper, tomatoes, salt and the seasoning Knorr pork cubes. The taste it fantastic. It's my favourite!

1000005935.jpg We bought this breading mix for frying fish for 22 pesos at the neighbor Sari-Sari store. At the mall, it only costs 15 pesos. This product is always our favourite to coat meats and fish. It's already flavourful. We always use it to fry fishes like Tilapia and Pijanga. The kids love it very much. The scariest moment when we fry fish is when we're hit by the splattered oil, but when we apply it, there's no splattering.

1000005937.jpg These are the small fishes we call here Pijanga. It is delicious when coated with the mentioned breading mix. The kids love it especially when it's crunchy and flavorful. Some people love to cook it as Paksiw It is when the fish is mixed with vinegar, ginger, ground pepper, pepper, onion and garlic and cooked on the heat. This is the only fish (I think) that is not ideal for soup. Maybe because it's a tiny fish? Maybe because of its taste? How about you, do you know it? Did you already try the Pijanga soup.
