Phewwww, it's been one hell of a ride, waiting and waiting for Hivebuzz to notify me of my Dolphin status. It took forever, but here I am now, a freaking DOLPHIN!!!
When I hit 5k in June, I thought I was automatically going to be a dolphin but I was wrong. According to what my friend explained ‘Dolphin is “HIVE_per_mvests," a mathematical variable that changes value over time.” I kept wondering what the value was as the day went by.
After the explanation, I decided to stay calm, but when I got closer to 6k, the wait started to get to me again. Waking up and scanning through my notifications for Hivebuzz but finding none made me disappointed.
I kept asking myself “Did Hivebuzz forget me?” “Did I miss the notification?”
After weeks of waiting, I decided to resign myself to fate. I knew I was going to be a dolphin, but it sucked that I was unable to predict when it was going to happen. Anyways, I am here guys, and there's no *turning* back.
My account grew tremendously this past months, and I am yet to fathom how it happened, but I am super grateful to everyone who made it possible. I wish you all could see my heart right now and see just how much I am grateful for being supported by people from different parts of the world. I am grateful, and I do not take this for granted🙏
I'll never get tired of saying thank you because I truly am grateful. Thank you guys for finding me worthy of your support.
Becoming a dolphin means more voting power and spreading more votes to people. I will continue to upvote authors with good content and help build the ecosystem in ways that I can.
