If there is anything I have learnt in life, it’s never say never. Never underestimate yourself, because you are capable of doing anything as long as you set your mind to do it and this is fact!
>Many of us didn’t even know we could do a lot of things until we got to hive.
I never knew I could do a lot of things until I joined Hive, heck I never knew I could care and show up consistently for something until I joined Hive.

I built my blog, brick by brick, with patience, dedication, and love. I built it from scratch and I’m so proud of where it currently is.
Looking at the number of posts I’ve published, I am shockeddddd! Somebody pinch me!
I never knew I could create beautiful DIY crafts until I began working for the DIYhub community.

Working for a community like DIYhub fueled my desire to dive into the DIY space. By constantly, curating DIY content in the community I was inspired. Every craft, every picture, every tutorial I saw and read by DIYhubbers from different parts of the world spurred me to embark on this journey and I am glad that I did.
At first, it was hard, it looked impossible. I'd have to rehearse every design I wanted to create over and again, and if I didn't get it right I wasn't going to do it anymore. This was pretty challenging, as it limited me from creating as many things as I wanted to create. This happened for a while as I let my fears get in the way.

Gradually and progressively, I began to get the hang of it. I learnt one thing in the process of many trials and errors and that was: you must not necessarily follow the same step as inspo, nor should you water down your nor because you couldn't replicate everything. The more I let this sink in, the I appreciated my effort.

With every beautiful comment I received on my DIY post, I smiled and was filled with gratitude, the perfect push to take me a notch higher. I felt seen and appreciated. What do you mean people actually love these little things I create during my spare time? It was a good feeling and to date, I still feel the same way.

Staring at these crafts as they sit pretty in my apartment feels so nice.
How I moved from a regular girl to nuturing my blog every day to creating beautiful crafts.
No one comes to Hive and leave the same way they came because Hive is a learning ground for all.
