There's no need to be upset but reality is often disappointing and a job hunt would make you realise how bad things are out there in real world. I know a lot of people in crypto are some of those people
who don't care about burning $100 to $1000 and so on trading crypto everyday because it's just some internet money in your computer and your monkey brain wants the numbers to go up otherwise it won't put that money into actual use in real world. While there are actual people living on $100 salary a month in the big 2025 and there are people who aren't even employed, people who have no hopes and they'd work for any kind of money they get.

The job market is built on lies
There's actually not as many jobs as government tells on the television, the job data is never right, even the unemployment rate is higher and jobs are less But if they'd tell those numbers, people will criticise and it could put government in some shade Actually people won't riot, not even when government give no jobs at all, because most of people are just comfortable spending a day on the internet rather than going out in some protest to get their rights. Layoffs are everywhere, companies hire people rarely once in a year or maybe twice. I've been on couple of interviews since last month and everytime I went to location where interview is been concluded, there were people in long queues all of them waiting for their turn for interviews.Everyone wants to be hired but
Imagine standing in a queue where 200 people are all trying to be hired for one position, even when it's just about 30 people staff they need to hire There would be 200 people or more in the queue, all of them want to be hired because everyone have been to plenty of interviews like that and it wasn't the first one So people are pretty tired when they're standing in queues, they know it's not easy to get a job And the economy is tough, making living is quite expensive nowadays and even the salary package is too low But people are coming from far, way too far and are ready to work on $150 salary a month even if it cost them $2 fuel everyday and about 1hour to just travel everyday for work. I was surprised when I heard some of those people traveled through a different city just to get job.Mostly jobs aren't real
I've tried getting one through linkdln like there's plenty of job posts everyday by someone But never heard back from any of those. If you're applying at 100 jobs, the chances of getting just 1 response is so low at the rate people are applying and Some of those jobs are nothing but some quick engagement or the HR doesn't care to respond or see emails. Happened to everyone I've interacted with and it feels like living in a bubble where job market is running on some lies. No facts, no accountability and yet people aren't doing anything about it. I wonder how it's like in your place, your city? How's the job market and success rate of getting a job these days? Do share in the comments. that's all folks.Posted Using INLEO
