Nowadays a lot of people aren't comfortable in their own body, not being comfortable in your own skin is somehow what ruins your day and that doesn't give you confidence to go out in public and speak Infront of people.
While there's a lot of people who would clearly make fun of people body shape, name calling is a thing quite common But also some people would compliment you about how great you're looking and that'd make their day a lot better. ---

How Social Media is making you insecure about your body

There's a reason why some people aren't comfortable the way they look and it has everything to do with the social media. Internet have made an image in your mind that everyone in this world looks a lot prettier, handsome than you're. The same way internet took years to make people think there's more than two genders It's the same way people are being taught that they're ugly, not in the good shape Cause whoever you see on internet is looking like a super model using filters, makeup and surgery to look that way, fitness freak and having a perfect life on social media Creates that illusion in your mind that you're lacking all that in your life That leads to insecurity like before this social media thing I haven't seen anyone being this insecure as people are now.

You're supposed to work on yourself but

Don't look down on yourself, you ain't ugly or body is out of shape entirely. There's always room for growth and you can get better It is actually good to work on yourself and your body, ain't no other thing that's better than working on your own self so you can look straight up in the people face and they won't say a thing That kinda confidence comes eventually when you work on yourself and become all that shredded or bulky guy walking down the street how many of those influencers are on Steroids? You can't expect to become Mr Olympia in a year or after some months, it's never about becoming next Olympia right? It's about being comfortable in your own skin So you can look yourself in the mirror and feel proud? I've been there After watching those influencers on insta, I was like yeah I'm giving it all for next 6 months and I'll become huge like that Those are the people mostly on steroids, even those who are natural yet are the kind of people who get all kinds of help with diet, nutrients, workout routine cause they have more resources than you'll ever have They're training with the people who used to compete for next Olympia. So yea you can't have those unrealistic expectations about your body growth just because someone on social media have achieved it, doesn't mean you'll as well. I've learnt to be comfortable in my skin I honestly don't go to gym anymore cause gym membership is yet another bill that I had to pay which I've cut down And I only workout at home with the basic pushup, pull-ups, plank to stay in the shape You're not supposed to look fat, skinny in this era cause you can always look better only if you out that work in yourself. But it takes efforts, lots of efforts to reach to the point where you'll feel good after wearing a shirt and going out. I guess I've learnt to be comfortable and it wasn't easy, never was and I'll continue to only get better from here. This is something you never stop, always need to stay in shape workout every week, do it once a week but never abandon it. That's all from me and I'd love to know what's your thoughts on this in the comments. fin.
