Hello Young Art Fair.
I'm glad to share my just completed piece with you'll today.
The Fading Rhythm “The Fading Rhythm” captures the quiet erosion of cultural identity in the face of modern distractions. The artwork portrays traditional paddlers performing before an audience that no longer truly sees them.
The dance, known as Ubom, is performed in rhythm with the movement of water waves to celebrate and promote cultural heritage. Yet, the onlookers stand absorbed in their phones—disconnected from the tradition unfolding before them.
Through this piece, I reflect on how our culture now fades beneath the constant hum of modern life.
