**Magandang buhay!**
Friday went like a flash, maybe because we had been out and about since morning. It was as if we had been chasing rainbows everywhere, lol!
Anyway, after the long drive on the hot afternoon, we pulled over on the side of the road for a wee rest and to enjoy some fresher air on the roadside. It was the hubby's idea, as he had been on the wheel since we drove out of the house. Plus, he was heeding the call of nature (he needed to take a piss)😁
So, thank goodness to him, I was able to get some reflection photos, and now I have something to flaunt, lol! It's been over a month since my last hunt!
Another car and a motorbike rider were also taking a breather about 50 meters away from where we were. The tall pine trees in the wooded forest along the highway provided a cool ambiance. That's why it has become a favorite spot for motorists passing by the area.
In these two shots, I was trying to find a way to make the reflection appear as if it were part of the sky, but I couldn't do it. Just point-and-shoot mode as I am not endowed with creativity and lots of patience, lol!

A glimpse of the dense forest just beyond the roadside barrier.
The reflection of the big tree and the cables are still seen despite the mud/dirt splattered on the car's windows. The concrete barrier is barely visible, though.
These reflections were seen on the other side, mirroring the highway, the trees and shrubs above it, as well as the post lying along the street gutter.

Meanwhile, my LilGuy was at the window, waiting for me as I took some more photos. He's happy to have his picture taken😅 And he seems to say, "Let's go home already, Mommy!"
So we drove home to DD from there, and the rain poured when we arrived. Good timing, I say!
It's been fun for sure! And it felt good to be able to share these as my **non-contest** participation in the Reflection Hunting initiative by Olgavita.
Thank you lots, and wishing everyone a fantastic weekend as it comes!
