Okra, is an edible vegetable that has a higher supply of immunity and protections to the body. It also helps to increase blood flow in our body. As well, helping our joint bones to have free movement.
Okra has a higher rate of fertility ingredients naturally embedded in them making it easier and potentially potsitioned to boost conceptions in women desiring to conceive over time.. This is naturally authentic, according to our elderly mothers in the villages.

Benefits of eating okra
Okra is in the clsas of vegetables as i said earlier. Okra adds fiber into our bodies and therefore adds wellness to our health conditions too. You need to be eating okra once in awhile, therefore , if you have not been eating okra, try and do so. Okra vegetable builds our immunity to stand firm, clears away sicknesses and all these rampant diseases all over.

You take like two or three balls of okra, cut in pieces drop them into a glass or any container, then add a few quantity of fresh and clean water and allow it to stay up to like an hour, then drink the liquid. Okra is always available all round the year. Though during dry season, it affects the manufacturing ability but okra is not totally out of stock or totally never seen in our markets, grocery stores, supermarkets or our open markets all through.

Okra are mostly abundant in the months of May to September yearly. At these months of the year, okra will be very surplus and very cheap in our markets because okra farmers are mostly harvesting at this period and time. Everyone of them bringing their okra harvest to the market, makes okra so surplus goodies and very cheap, very common and all over the places too. You can then buy, slice, to preserve.
Okra preservative measures
Okra of cause can be preserved for further usage during the surplus season of okra. Very simple and affordable method. Just slice your okra into smaller sizes, then spread either your local Mart or use your tray pan and spread your sliced okra on them, place under the sun light at the outer door environment, allow the heavy sunlight to be heating them regularly for as long as possible. They will be dried and very available for further and future usage.
