It was a glamorous gathering on the 30:08:2025, the last Saturday in the month of August. when we had our normal monthly meetups at our hive regional headquarters, 208 Azikiwe road, in the city of Aba.
In my city, Aba, Abia State, Nigeria. We had gathered up to receive lectures and valuable information from our lead man @fokusnow, and his team, @luchyl.
The meeting was scheduled for 11:am, i was very glad to have arrived on time, i mean, before the meeting began, i was there.
Though some hiveans were there before i stepped in, but i was excited to be there before the start up of the meeting of the day proper. We all exchanged pleasantries, then comes the topic for our gathering.
How we can stake up to one million hive power within 2 years from today
By this, we all were asked to stake up some hive powers. All of us staked some hive powers as much as we choose to stake. I staked 10 hive powers. Some others decided to stake a hive per day, while we all were motivated to, at least stake some hives on the first day of every new Month all through the year and do not try powering down at all.

This aspect was taken by @fokusnow,@luchyl, they reminded us it's our duty to follow the trend and flow in the direction of hive's rules to be able to benefit from hive block chain through our obedience.
Announcement of the launch of our new community, "hive growth hub" (hgh) by @fokusnow.
A new community was announced to us that will start up on the first of September, 2025. And we have seen it happen, it's an incredible milestone. We're very glad it's happening and has happened also. We believe it shall be of a huge benefit to us.
Benefits of staking our hive, either one hive per day or being consistent staking some hives Monthly
Staking your hive regularly is very important, this increases your visibility, builds up on your status, makes you earn more and as well builds up on hive ecosystem which will enable the smooth running of every actions being taken up in this our digital space.
Being consistent on engaging with other Hiveans and the benefits
Consistency we know is the soul of any business, and it's very much demanded and needed in hive too. Micro blogging, quality engagements with others both in your community and in the ecosystem in general are very important, most importantly, creating one quality content daily are the best practices to go in hive. These activities are all a win win engagements, we were reminded to keep our engagements with others intact and regularly. By @luchyl.
We also encouraged ourselves into having a curation trail to vote on our contents on chain
Curation trail mechanism is a method through which we can reach to our goal of having a one million hive power in the next two years in view. On this topic, many of us that were available joined the curation trail, i believe it's a relief from the discouragement many of our members were facing before now. Recently, we noticed that many quality contents were poorly voted for, it was discouraging but this has lifted up our hopes, we are continuing.
You are rewarded as you vote others within the community trail. She helped many to join the trail through their keychain. She also said, " check and know the rules about any other community curation trails before joining them". Joining a Curation trail can also increase your visibility, and followership from whosoever that likes your content, when they followed you, follow them back .@luchyl.

In conclusion, It was an excellent and encouraging end of the month meetup, as usual, we took our photo snaps and so the meeting came to an end.
