¿De dónde proviene el dinero de las publicaciones en Hive?

De forma básica y resumida, el dinero de tus post se te otorga a través de un voto y a este proceso dentro de la plataforma, se le conoce como curación; el nivel de recompensa que te otorga cada voto, va a depender directamente de la inversión que haya realizado la persona que te está votando en ese momento, es decir, cuánto HIVE POWER posee al momento de darle click al botón de Upvote.  En mis post anteriores he mencionado mucho el HIVE POWER, pero aún no le he dado una definición formal; vamos a imaginar que estamos realizando una inversión en una empresa, ¿qué significa esto? Simple, estamos comprando acciones de dicha empresa, y estas tienen un valor que sube o baja con el tiempo, dependiendo del trabajo que realice la empresa para otorgarse valor. Ahora, en HIVE, utilizando como analogía la inversión en una empresa, nuestras «acciones» vendrían siendo la cantidad de HIVE POWER que tenemos, pues al tener un número más grande (hacer «Stake»), tenemos un porcentaje mayor de valor en nuestras manos, y la empresa por supuesto es la Blockchain de HIVE. Sabiendo esto, entonces ahora imaginemos que compramos 100 acciones de una empresa en 1$, esta empresa trabajó muchísimo, hizo bien su trabajo, y en 2 años, ahora cada acción vale 4$, eso significa, que nosotros por haber invertido 100$ en acciones (100 veces 1$), si vendiéramos estas acciones cuando valen 4$, obtendríamos 4000$, es decir, invertimos 100$ y ganamos 3900$. De esa misma forma funciona nuestra inversión, el HIVE (token) fluctúa en precio de mercado, cada día está entre 0.23-0.25$, pero mientras más personas vayan adoptando la Blockchain, este aumentará de precio, porque su valor irá aumentando por la cantidad de aceptación. Entonces, mientras más HIVE POWER tenemos, más vale nuestro voto, es decir, más dinero le daremos a la publicación que votamos, porque tenemos más acciones dentro de la empresa (Blockchain de HIVE). 

Sistema de pago de la Blockchain HIVE

 Las publicaciones que realizamos en la Blockchain de HIVE duran 7 días recaudando votos abiertamente, es decir, durante ese período, cualquier persona podrá realizar un voto que otorgará una suma de dinero a la piscina de recompensa de dicho post.  Pasados los 7 días, las recompensas de la publicación se liberan, es decir, la piscina de recompensa se reparte entre los actores involucrados, los cuales son: el autor y los curadores. La división de esta recompensa se realiza en una proporción 50-50, es decir, de todo lo recaudado, la mitad de la piscina de recompensa va para el autor y la otra mitad va para los curadores.  La recompensa que recibimos como autores también se dividen dentro de nuestra Wallet, en la misma proporción (50-50), así obtenemos la mitad en HIVE POWER (HP) y la otra mitad en HIVE BACKED DOLLAR (HBD), esto con el fin de que hagamos «Stake» así solo estemos creando contenido y no invirtiendo dinero externo a nuestra cuenta.  En cambio, las recompensas de curación únicamente nos otorgan HIVE POWER (HP), y recibiremos más o menos recompensa de curación, dependiendo de qué tanto HP tengamos, además de la cantidad de tiempo que tardemos en votar publicaciones (para una curación óptima en cuanto a recompensas de curación, lo mejor es votar un post 3 o 4 minutos después de que fue creado, además de que es muy conveniente ya que las ballenas generalmente tardan de 10 minutos en adelante en votar contenido, así que su voto estaría siempre después del nuestro y eso traería como consecuencia una buena recompensa de curación. 

La piscina de recompensa

Dentro de la definición económica de la Blockchain de HIVE, hay una inflación, es decir, un incremento porcentual del token que se calcula anualmente, una parte de esta inflación es la que se reparte cuando las personas reciben recompensas de autoría y curación. Otra parte de dicha inflación la reciben los Witnesses (Testigos) de la plataforma como pago por mantener funcionando sus nodos para producir bloques y así poder distribuir la información a través de la plataforma. Y algunos de estos, a su vez, utilizan esa recompensa para curar contenido, ya que ellos necesitan de los votos de la comunidad para poder mantenerse activos como Nodos Operativos y se les otorgue el permiso de la producción de más bloques, entonces se crea una relación ganar-ganar. Where does the money on your posts come from on Hive?

In a basic and short way, the money of your posts is given to you through a vote and this process within the platform is known as curation; the level of reward that each vote gives you, depends directly on the investment that the person who's voting for you at that moment has made, I mean, how much HIVE POWER he/she has at the moment of clicking the Upvote button.  In my previous posts I've mentioned a lot the HIVE POWER, but I haven't given a formal definition yet; let's imagine we are making an investment in a company, what does this mean? Simple, we are buying shares of that company, and these have a value that rise up or fall down over time, depending on the work the company does to give itself value. Now, in HIVE, using as an analogy the investment in a company, our "shares" would be the amount of HIVE POWER that we have, because by having a larger number (doing "Stake"), we have a higher percentage of value in our hands, and the company of course is the HIVE Blockchain. Knowing this, now let's imagine that we bought 100 shares of a company at $1, this company worked very hard, did its job well, and in 2 years, now each share is worth $4, that means, that we invested $100 in shares (100 times $1), now, if we sold these shares when they are worth $4, we would get $4000, we invested $100 and earned $3900. In the same way our investment works, the HIVE (token) fluctuates in market price, every day it is between 0.23-0.25$, but as more people adopt the Blockchain, it will increase in price, because its value will increase by the amount of acceptance. So, the more HIVE POWER we have, the more our vote is worth, and so the more money we will give to the posts we vote, because we have more shares within the company (HIVE's Blockchain). 

HIVE Blockchain payment system

 The posts that we make in the HIVE Blockchain last 7 days collecting votes openly, during that period, any person will be able to make a vote that will give a sum of money to the reward pool of that post.  After the 7 days, the posts rewards are released, I mean. the reward pool is distributed among the actors involved, which are: the author and the curators. The division of this reward is done in a proportion of 50 to 50 percent of all the money collected, so half of the reward pool goes to the author and the other half to the curators.  The reward we receive as authors are also divided within our wallet in the same proportion (50-50), so we get half in HIVE POWER (HP) and half in HIVE BACKED DOLLAR (HBD) so we can "Stake" it even only creating content and not investing money outside our account.  In contrast, the curation rewards only give us HIVE POWER (HP), and we will receive more or less curation rewards, depending on how much HP we have, plus the amount of time it takes to vote for posts (for optimal curation rewards, it is best to vote a post 3 or 4 minutes after it was created, besides that it is very convenient since whales usually take 10 minutes from the post to be published to vote, so their vote would always be after ours and that would bring a good curation reward.  Within the economic definition of the HIVE Blockchain , there's a inflation, that's a percentage increase of the token that is calculated annually, a part of this inflation is distributed when persons receive author and curation rewards. Another part of this inflation is received by the Witnesses of the platform as payment for keeping their nodes working to produce blocks and thus be able to distribute the information through the platform. And some of these, in turn, use that reward to make content curation, since they need the votes of the community to be able to stay active as Operating Nodes and be granted permission to produce more blocks, then a win-win relationship is created.
