Every Word Will Return to Its Owner.

Hello friends in the Shadow Hunter Community, with the theme Reflection. May our days be filled with goodness. I would like to thank @olgavita for graciously giving me space to share photos and thoughts.

I would like to begin this reflection with a quote from my mother. She said, "Every word will return to its owner. So speak kindly or remain silent."

If we think about it, there has been a quite frightening social phenomenon lately. People are saying that 2025 is the year of karma.

I often witness people saying unkind things to others simply because of sin. However, later in life, those words return to their owners; either they themselves commit the same sin as the person they said bad things about, or they return to their children and grandchildren, committing the same sin.

There's a wise saying that anyone who speaks badly, even by cursing or swearing, about someone who has committed a sin will commit the same sin before they die.

Social phenomena like this make me reflect on the energy in every word we speak.

Perhaps there's some truth to what my mother said: if you can't say something nice, it's better to remain silent.

So, I have a principle: if someone commits a sin, I simply pray for them, or I choose to remain silent. Choosing to remain silent doesn't mean I condone sinning.

Just because someone has sinned in the past doesn't mean they don't have a future. Conversely, people with a good future sometimes have sins in their past.
