Perhaps it is understandable that a visit to a household that have a vulnerable elderly in it or someone who is immuno-compromised or lastly, a person who presently have Sars-Cov2 symptoms is restricted. Anyone without a brain may suddenly pop-in to another house and compromise the people in it or even themselves for such an impulsive act.
IF our society have such insensitive people in it then this kind of restriction is much needed.

Household to household visit is restricted in some parts of Scotland due to the rising of positive cases. Although the news has said that it is only temporary. BUT what if it is not?
Although testings continue but the rising cases are not from ITU admissions, positive results are just numbers. Anyone can be positive, with symptoms or not. Results should indicate where are these positive results are coming from. If the positive data are true that about 80-90% Sars-Cov2 positives don't require admissions, most especifically ITU admissions. then it is pointless to continue testing the healthy population.
As a frontliner in one of the hospitals in London, we have had not a Sars-Cov2 positive patient since the middle of July. This with our active emergency services before, during the pandemic and up to the present.
With this restriction in Scotland, Braveheart won't be very happy. Perhaps the Scots need to do a protest like what we had in London a few days back.
With or without painting their faces. FREEDOM!!!
