Hello everyone...

A few days ago I made a challenge for myself to start learning to consume "one day one juice" besides eating fruit directly I want to try to be consistent in consuming fruit and vegetable juice every day.

Why am I doing this? Because honestly I am someone who doesn't like fruit but I like vegetables, it feels like having to eat a lot of fruit every day is very uncomfortable for me even though I have started to get used to eating fruit but it is not enough to meet my daily fiber intake. By consuming juice I hope to help meet my daily fiber needs and also make my body fitter and fresher.

What I made this time is green juice, I am still in the learning stage of combining types of fruit and vegetables and the combination of green juice that I made turned out to be delicious.

I used pineapple, cucumber, pok choy, ginger and lemon. All of these ingredients have good nutritional content for the body. This green juice can also help smooth digestion if consumed regularly. Pineapple contains antioxidants that can fight free radicals and there are many more benefits of pineapple for the body.

I will immediately show you the ingredients and how to make this green juice detox.

ingredients

• 2 cucumbers • 1 honey pineapple • 1 thumb of ginger • 3 pok choy bulbs • ½ lemon

How to make

• Prepare all the fruit and vegetable ingredients. Soak for 10 minutes with baking soda to remove dirt, then rinse thoroughly using drinking water.

• cut all the ingredients for pok choy, take the leaves, cut the pineapple, cucumber, ginger and lemon.

• Put the chopped pineapple, cucumber, ginger, lemon and bok choy into the juicer. I use a juicer so I don't add water or sugar.

• after all the ingredients are finished being juiced, I take the remaining pulp which still has a lot of content, I move it into a blender container then I add 200 ml of water.

• Blend the remaining pulp that is still not smooth with water. After that, don't forget to strain it for clearer results.

• pour the green juice into a sterile glass container. Store in the refrigerator and it can last up to 3-4 days.

For the juice that I made from the remaining pulp, I used this additional water, I separated the juice and consumed it first.

If you use a slow juicer, the pulp can be separated and dried perfectly, you don't need to use a blender again. Since I only have an old model juicer where the pulp is not completely dry, I have to repeat the process using a blender with additional water.

This is one of the green juices that I like. Good luck, may we all always be healthy and happy. See you in the next blog..thank you for always supporting me. God bless you
