Hey guys,
today I have a little sweet protein ''snack'' for you. Perfect as last meal of the day, for breakfast or just as a little snack during the day.
The main ingredient is low fat quark (250g)
Light natural yoghurt (75g)
Whey Protein of the flavor you like. I chose vanilla. (1 Scoop)
Coconut milk (30 ml)
Unsweetened Cacao (15g)
Cinnamon
Xucker -> it's an sugar alternative without any calories (20g)
Flavdrops (vanilla - 6,7 drops)
If you don't have the last 2 ingredients, take honey instead to sweeten your meal.
All in one
Put everything in a bowl and mix it together. Put on some coconut sprinkles as a topping.
