What's up guys,
when I started gaining some weight to build decent muscles in the last winter, I stopped doing calisthenics. Simply because I got to heavy and I didn't like to workout on Bars inside haha Now I am back at it again and I'm focusing on the main exercises again. I really missed it and it's fun to see progresses.
