Ingredients
- 3 and 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt or to taste
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp yeast
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp semolina
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 125g Mozzarella cheese
- Basil leaves
Instructions
1- In a measuring cup melt sugar and yeast in the warm water, set aside until ferment. 2- In a large bowl or in a mixer bowl place flour, olive oil and salt. Add yeast water. Knead the dough with hands or place hook attachment on your mixer and knead a low speed for 15 minutes. 3- Divide dough into 2 balls, dust with flour or grease with olive oil. Cover and place in a warm place to ferment for 1 hour. 4- Extended pizza in a baking sheet with hands, add tomato sauce a drizzle of olive oil, parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese and basil leaves. 5- Bake in a hot oven 220C-420F .for 10 minutes or until golden crust. 6- Cut into 8 Pieces with pizza cutter.
