No-bake Tiramisu Cheesecake

Ingredients
500g Mascarpone cheese 200 ml (3/4 cup) heavy cream 1/3 cup sugar (or to taste) 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 400g Ladyfingers 2 tablespoons instant coffee 2 cups hot water 3 tablespoons Cacao powder
Instructions
- In a large bowl mix the cream cheese with sugar, then add the heavy cream. Mix all together until creamy mixture.
- In a medium bowl melt the instant coffee with water.
- Dip the ladyfingers in the coffee once on both sides, and row on the side of springform pan. Also, place ladyfingers at the bottom of the pan.
- Place half amount of the cream cheese mixture and smooth the top. Sprinkle cocoa powder.
- Repeat another layer of ladyfingers, then spread evenly the other half amount of cream cheese mixture and smooth the top.
- Sprinkle the cocoa powder over the top.
- Chill at least 4 - 6 hours before serving.
- Carefully remove the springform pan. Serve and Enjoy!
