Easy Banana Bread

Ingredients
2 cups all purpose flour 1 teaspoon Baking soda 1 teaspoon Baking powder 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional) 1/2 teaspoon Salt 3 Ripe bananas 1/2 cup sugar 2 Eggs 1 teasppon vanilla extract 1/2 cup vegetable oil or melted butter 125g yogurt
Instructions
- Prepare a loaf pan by greasing it with butter and lined with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl sift flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and ground cinnamon. Give it a quick mix and set aside.
- In another bowl, mash 3 bananas, then add eggs, vanilla extract, sugar, yogurt and vegetable oil. Whisk to combine.
- Add banana batter over the sifted dry ingredients, mix all together until all well combine (don't over mix, when you see no more dry ingredients left, the batter is ready).
- Pour the bread batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake in preheated oven at 180°C/ 365°F for 50 to 55 minutes or test it by insert a knife at the middle of bread and if came out clean, then the bread is ready.
- Allow it to cool on a wire rack before serve it. Enjoy!
