Peek-a-bag... Off to a non ostomy event today, bit anxious but braving a peak of the bag in my besties bag cover anyway. I think I'm quite colour matched and it could go unnoticed... Anyways...

While I'm quite out there on SM, I'm generally not so in public, especially with acquaintances, I'm yet to make friends, even then, I'm only truly bags out at home or at a nudist event. Haha... Another story, written about once on my blog, can you find it?....

However, I have been practicing a few techniques I found in a book I've been reading, called Changing Your Thinking. Its about doing things in spite of your fears to break false beliefs, like everyone can see and cares are my bag...

In reality highly unlikely that they will care or even ask if they did see. Another technique is about asking myself if my thoughts are helping me get to my goal. In this case enjoy myself at the event.

So I could spend the entire time stressing about what others could be thinking or I could focus on the now and enjoy the time getting to know some new people.
