Im a total water snob, are you? Here's why... Old filter v. New... Enough said... However for those requiring more... Being on ostomate I require more hydration than the norm, this is due to the large intestine absorbing most of the liquids and me not having one... I don't mind water but hate the tap water we have due to the huge amount of chlorine you can smell coming off it the minute you turn the tap on.

Added bonus: I also add electrolytes to my water daily to increase the salts intake and water absorption. Something I could not function without. For years I felt so lethargic that I thought life wouldn't be worth living as I had no energy to live it.

Now I live a relatively active life, even in the summer.
