Life is not a bed of roses, and we need to go through a lot of things. We need to struggle, and it can be for survival, or it can also be for a better lifestyle. All of us need to go through the phase, and there is no shortcut or escape from it. As a result, stress is a very common thing for most of us. It is very important to deal with stress because if we don't find a way to cope with stress, we may end up in depression, which is very common these days. So stress is such a thing that needs to be taken seriously. I know many of us have our own ways to deal with it, but I am going to share my way. You may think that it is ridiculous, and I always end up thinking about sleep, but it's actually very effective at making me stress-free. Stress is related to our thoughts as well as our brain, and when I go to sleep, my brain can take a rest and get the time to cool down. I think because of that reason, it is said that proper sleep is very good for staying stress-free. Sometimes smartphone devices hang a lot, but after restarting, they start to work perfectly, and sleep is also similar for us, and after work or sleep, I can keep doing my task with a clear mind. Solving a Rubik's Cube can be a good solution for it because if anyone wants to solve the Rubik's Cube, it captures all the attention of the solver. And during times of stress, we need to divert our minds from the thing that is actually giving us stress. From my earlier time, I loved to solve Rubik's cubes, and such a thing helped me to release all my stress and kept me feeling better after solving them again and again. Every time I challenge myself to improve my timing. Challenging myself again and again is also one kind of interesting thing and gives me a sense of achievement when I see improvement. Sometimes Rubik's Cube can be inspiring to me, but all the time it is very effective for me when I feel stressed. Going for a walk is also a very good way to calm my mind. Sometimes I go for a lonely walk, stressed. But in that case, I always remain careful to choose a road that is quiet. In that kind of environment, I try to release all my stress and try to interact with nature. Nature is the best healer, and it is known to all. Unfortunately, in city life, it is hard to find such a road. It is only possible in the early morning, but in the early morning after waking up from sleep, I don't feel any kind of stress. But I have such a place; it is very much possible to apply. In recent times, I also found out another way to keep myself stress-free. Whenever I feel stressed, I watch some comedy shows. I just saved you clips in shorts, so the most entertaining parts are shown. It's funny and handmade, and it makes me laugh, which is good for my mental health and keeps me stress-free. Additionally, I don't need to watch the whole show, which costs a lot of time. I am thankful to those who cut the most entertaining part and show shorts or reels. Those are the few ways of mine through which I deal with my stress, and almost all of them are very effective for me. You can also give it a try. Perhaps it works for you.
