The environment should be clear and fresh. The security system of an area is always important because staying in a place without a good security system is like taking a risk with life, and at least for me, my life is important, and I don't want to stay in such a place. Let's talk about the inside of the apartment requirement. The first focus should be on the availability of light in the room without artificial light. In the daytime, if I don't need to use the artificial light, it can save a good amount on the electricity bill every month, and I think it is a matter to consider. Moreover, I think natural daylight has some kind of impact on mood, too. Network issue is a thing to take into consideration, but till now I haven't seen any apartment in the city that has a network issue. Because of the good network system of my country, especially in the city area. Clear water is needed. It can never be underestimated. Polluted water is very harmful to health, and I want to avoid such a thing. I can purify water to use it, but why should I do it when it's possible to get clear water? Inches of landlord, I don't care too much about it, as I don't think I communicate with the landlord, and I won't attend even if the landlord summons me every time. I think when I am paying the rent, the learner should not trouble me for anything. But in case of increasing rent, I don't allow it more than once a year. If you do such a thing, I am ready to leave the apartment. I don't care too much about neighbors, and I think it is very difficult to know about them before renting an apartment, but you should be considerate if you have an extroverted personality.
