Privacy, do kids need it too?

Nobody is perfect in this world, and everyone makes mistakes and learns from mistakes, no matter the age. Adults make mistakes, and kids also make mistakes, but most of the kids make mistakes because of a lack of proper understanding of the maximum time or not understanding the consequences of an action. Elders always try to teach them, but it's not so easy for them to grasp everything. Most of the kids make mistakes because of their curiosity, and sometimes it leads them to choose the wrong path. That's the reason parents always try to monitor their kids and not allow them to choose the wrong path in life. Is it okay to give privacy to kids?  ![](https://images.ecency.com/DQmQx6EBR8nnjqxYGkp2PgQr55qeT8JpuxEZYzTvSFcrgYw/image.png) [ImgSrc](https://unsplash.com/photos/a-black-and-white-photo-of-a-sign-that-says-privacy-please-JFk0dVyvdvw) I think such matters should be handled very carefully; otherwise, they will bring trouble for sure in the future. At first, it should be dependent on the age of the kids. What kind of privacy does a kid under 10 years old need? I think they don't need any kind of privacy, as they don't start to think about themselves individually, or they don't have any individual thoughts for themselves as a person, except for playing games or doing something funny. Although they are little, it's a very sensitive period for them. And the possibility of doing some wrong practices is very natural, and hands need to correct them and bring them onto the right track. If parents give some privacy, parents won't be able to monitor them in the name of privacy, and in that case, bringing them to the right path will be difficult, as it will be hard for parents to see their kids doing something wrong. So I think that at a very early age, there should be no privacy for children, and they don't deserve it unless the kid is special.  Again, I am considering a kid of 12 years old, for example. At 12 years old, a kid is indeed little, but he starts to understand much about the world, and it is the time when a kid starts to develop their personality as well as start to develop their own thoughts. It is true that they are not mature enough to understand everything, but whatever happens to them can make a significant impact on their minds. In such a time, they start to learn many things from their parents, and the actions of their parents are such things that they notice very carefully. In the time parents invade the privacy, it will teach them a bad lesson, and such a thing can bring trouble in the future for sure. Rather than invading their privacy, I think it's better to educate them about the right and wrong path; giving them a strong foundation is very important. In that case, they won't choose the wrong path.  Again, there are some mistakes that should be corrected by kids automatically, and if parents invade their privacy and try to correct them, it gives them a wrong impression about their parents, and it's more troublesome than the mistake. In fact, in that case, I think parents are making a mistake. But again, dear, some kids are not ready to listen to the word of parents, and for those kids, it's necessary to monitor them continuously, but it should be done without being noticed.  But I must say that there are some parents who try to interfere in the privacy of their children even after they grow up. I don't like it because they are not puppets for robots, and they are not bound to follow the instructions of their parents.
