Visite des différents bâtiments à l'intérieur de l'enceinte du château d'Angers : la chapelle, le châtelet et le logis royal.
La chapelle, à nef unique, offre un exemple remarquable de l’architecture religieuse du début du XVème siècle et abrite de magnifiques voûtes gothiques.
Le châtelet, construit au XVème siècle, sert de porche d’entrée à la cour seigneuriale et se distingue par ses tourelles d’angle coiffées de toits en poivrière, typiques de l’époque.
Enfin, le logis royal, édifié sur ordre du roi René entre 1435 et 1440, témoigne du raffinement et du confort que la royauté recherchait au Moyen Âge, avec ses grandes salles et ses espaces de réception.
Chacun de ces bâtiments permet de plonger dans l’histoire, l’architecture et la vie quotidienne de l’époque médiévale.
