IT'S A TUESDAY APPETIZER OR SOUP TIME !!
Appetizers are like teasers to our stomach. Some comes in bit size that we can just take it and enjoy. While others are slightly heavier and eaten best during happy hours.
This here is an appetiser dish which I had the privilege to enjoy over the Christmas weekend in a bar called Vespa's - yeah like the motorbike! It's a cold cut dish served with pate & sausages too. Taste really good, I must say so.
If you ever visit Ho Chi Minh City, do drop by this place; at least once.
