Mi amigo Leandro es profesional de seguridad industrial pero actualmente se desempeña como Sensei de Karate Do, ustedes se preguntarán que hace un Sensei en DIYHUB, pues les cuento que esto es lo maravilloso de Hive, que nos permite mostrar todo lo que somos capaces de hacer en diferentes áreas, mi amigo Leandro es también muy bueno reparando y construyendo cosas con sus manos, tanto así que el mismo elabora sus herramientas para la práctica de la disciplina de Karate, así como otras herramientas para acondicionamiento y fortalecimiento físico, debido a su ajustado horario no ha hecho muchas publicaciones, sin embargo, en Hive cada quien va a su ritmo y él se toma muy en serio cada una de sus publicaciones, el para mi ha sido un excelente alumno en cuanto a Hive, por es disciplinado en el uso de markdown, si tiene dudas me dice inmediatamente y busca siempre mejorar cada día en su contenido, ha subido contenido en diferentes comunidades pero además algo que me gusta bastante de Leandro es que se ha atrevido a usar tanto Ecency como Liketu desde el principio, así como también hizo su presentación en la comunidad de deportes haciendo con un video en 3speak, en poco tiempo Leandro a aprendido bastante sobre Hive y estoy segura en que el continuará con nosotros en la plataforma dando lo mejor en cada oportunidad. >My friend Leandro is an industrial safety professional but he currently works as a Karate Do Sensei. ¿Cómo fue la incorporación? / How was the onboarding?

En primer lugar debo decir que a mis amigos los animé a entrar a Hive empezando el año, pero tardaron algún tiempo en hacer su presentación y hacer algunas publicaciones abordando diferentes nichos, luego les hablé de la comunidad DIYHUB y los ayudé a compartieran sus habilidades a partir del anuncio de este concurso, pero como siempre es un proceso un poco lento, pues no todas las personas nuevas tienen un horario establecido para crear contenido, es decir, un hábito se adquiere a partir de un tiempo medianamente largo, Hive se vuelve hábito pero cada quien va a adaptándose a la creación de contenido conforme a su estilo de vida y responsabilidades diarias. Mi dos amigos son venezolanos al igual que yo, pero viven en el estado Zulia, que es un estado vecino pero aún así queda lejos para vernos con frecuencia, por lo tanto toda la ayuda que les brindo a mis amigos acerca de Hive lo he hecho por medio de WhatsApp. >First of all I must say that I encouraged my friends to enter Hive at the beginning of the year, but it took them some time to make their presentation and make some posts addressing different niches, then I told them about the DIYHUB community and helped them share their skills to Since the announcement of this contest, but as always it is a somewhat slow process, since not all new people have an established schedule to create content, that is, a habit is acquired over a fairly long time, Hive becomes habit. Creación de cuentas / Account creation

La método que usamos para la creación de sus cuentas fue Ecency, la cual es muy bueno puesto que permite crear cuentas de manera gratuita y el método de verificación es por correo electrónico, esto en mi país es importante porque muchas veces la líneas telefónicas fallan, así que es mejor usar verificación el correo electrónico, por otro lado, yo he tenido experiencia ayudando a otros amigos a crear cuentas en el pasado, una de las cosas que sucede con Ecency es que a veces al momento de llenar el formulario de creación de cuenta, es decir el primer paso que es escoger el nombre de usuario y el colocar la dirección de correo, suele pasar que la página arroja un error el cual dice que hay un problema en la IP, es por eso que algunas veces la forma que he encontrado que darle solución a esto, es pedirle el favor a una persona que no viva en Venezuela que llene el formulario inicial, para que a la persona nueva le llegue el correo de verificación y continuar el proceso, esto ha solucionado el problema, pero me pregunto si esto solo pasa con algunos servidores de Internet de mi país, otra forma que he encontrado para que las personas puedan abrir la cuenta en Ecency, es que no lo hagan conectados al servicio de Internet de fibra o de banda ancha de sus hogares, sino que lo hagan a través del uso de sus datos móviles, de ese modo Ecency no arroja error en la IP y las persona suelen crear su cuenta tranquilamente. No lo estoy diciendo como queja, pero me gustaría que algún desarrollador de Ecency pudiera de algún modo hacer que este error de IP no apareciera en las conexiones de mi país Venezuela. Mis amigos gracias a mi experiencia pudieron abrir sus cuentas sin problemas, después de eso les delegue un poco de HP para que pudieran iniciar sin esa preocupación por los recursos disponibles para publicar y hacer acciones básicas. >The method we used to create your accounts was Ecency, which is very good since it allows you to create accounts for free and the verification method is by email, this is important in my country because many times the telephone lines fail, so it is better to use email verification, on the other hand, I have had experience helping other friends create accounts in the past, one of the things that happens with Ecency is that sometimes when filling out the account creation form account, that is, the first step is to choose the username and enter the email address, it usually happens that the page throws an error which says that there is a problem with the IP, that is why sometimes the way I have found that a solution to this is to ask a person who does not live in Venezuela to fill out the initial form, so that the new person can receive the verification email and continue the process. I'm not saying this as a complaint, but I would like if an Ecency developer could somehow prevent this IP error from appearing on connections in my country Venezuela.
