There are many ways to ramp up fat, but did you know that one way is thinking and overworking the brain? When the brain is overworked, cortisol is released, leading to the ramping of fat and, at the same time, stimulating excessive eating. Consuming good fat doesn’t increase the amount of fat in the body; rather, it is good for heart function and makes one feel full, thereby preventing excessive eating.
But we have seen fat as an enemy for a long time and this started in 1977 when the low-fat diet was introduced for improved health and weight loss over time, it has been learned that some sugar industry was paying for research that showed a link between fat and cardiovascular disease as well as obesity. People then sweet to sugar products as substitutes and the result today is more people are suffering from obesity.
For those of you who believe in gym gurus and other social media influencers who tell you that eating multiple small meals can help you lose weight, I want to break your heart quickly that it is a lie and such a thing does not exist at least for now as there is little to no evidence to back the claim.
That said, a lot of you do not have the intention to eat continuously or even eat much, some of you do not want to eat at all but your brain is good at working against you. That's just how our brain does. When you take a high amount of liquid sugar, the brain tends not to record it as a high-calorie intake even when it is. If the food was liquid, the brain would compensate by taking less sugary food but when it is done with liquid, it isn't the same thing.
If you are one of those who love to use weight loss supplements, then I should advise that you stop for a while and look for studies that aren't sponsored by these companies that truly confirm that weight loss supplements can help with weight reduction. This is because the researches that you see that are associated with these weight loss supplements are sponsored by the company themselves.
If you have weight supplements and you see the ingredient phynylpropylamine, then you should discard them quickly because studies have shown that it doesn't have any positive effect on weight loss, and it is linked to other conditions such as insomnia, high blood pressure, anxiety, and stroke.
