Para mi gran amiga | For my great friend

Corría marzo de 2018 cuando comencé en la otra cadena. Para ese entonces no conocía a nadie en estas tierras virtuales. Cada comentario en mis publicaciones lo valoraba muchísimo e inmediatamente me iba a la cuenta de la persona que lo había dejado. De ese modo fui haciendo mis primeros amigos. En una oportunidad recibí unas palabras cálidas y de mucho aliento sobre una breve historia que había escrito, al mirar el usuario vi que se trataba de @mllg, no tenía idea de quién podría ser. Fui al perfil de la cuenta y vi que se trataba de una señora que había comenzado un poco antes que yo, en el 2017. Comencé a seguirla y a leer sus publicaciones, cada cosa que leía de ella me impresionaba más que la anterior. Todos sus escritos estaban cargados de enseñanzas, bien sea que se tratara de un relato o de alguna reflexión, María Luisa era una de esas grandes escritoras que había decidido dejarnos parte de su arte acá en la blockchain. Por aquel entonces no existían las comunidades, sí había algunas cuentas grandes a las que se afiliaban las personas, algunas establecían severos requisitos para formar parte de ellas; en una de esas cuentas todos eran escritores de gran nivel, incluso algunos con obras publicadas y reconocidos en el ámbito nacional. María Luisa formaba parte de ese grupo, estaba en las ligas mayores.  Con el paso del tiempo y a fuerza de comentarios nos fuimos conociendo cada vez más. Es impresionante lo que uno va dejando de sí en estas palabras escritas. Me enteré que ambos compartíamos una gran pasión por la enseñanza, los dos habíamos ejercido la docencia, yo no estaba activo pero ella continuaba su labor docente dictando talleres relacionados con el crecimiento personal. También supe que los dos éramos personas de la tercera edad, que teníamos nuestros hijos grandes, y ambos compartíamos la firme creencia de que todas las personas podemos cambiar para mejor. Al crearse la nueva cadena los dos formamos parte del gran grupo de usuarios que decidió venirse a HIVE, aquí continuamos nuestro intercambio virtual, leyéndonos y comentándonos; María Luisa iba alumbrando mi camino con su palabra plena de sabiduría. Ya yo había comenzado a formar parte del team de Holos, invitado por Damarys y Mirianna, cuando en una reunión de trabajo recibí con mucha alegría la noticia de que María Luisa se incorporaba al staff de nuestros columnistas. Ahora también éramos compañeros de equipo. A partir de aquel momento nuestro contacto fue permanente, casi todos los días nos comunicábamos para organizar actividades de la comunidad. En aquel momento tanto ella como yo teníamos programas en Discord, fue un tiempo de mucha actividad en nuestra querida comunidad de Holos.  Un buen día nos participó a todos que se marchaba del país, se iba a España para estar con sus hijos y de paso atender unos problemas de salud. Ninguno de nosotros tenía información de que fuese algo grave el problema que la aquejaba. Sí nos sorprendió que su participación se fue haciendo cada vez más esporádica, aunque siempre dejaba algún artículo para enriquecer el feed de nuestra comunidad. Hace pocos días recibimos la triste noticia de que había fallecido. Entre una cosa y otra a sus allegados les había resultado difícil encontrar la manera de comunicarse con nosotros, por eso la noticia nos llegó con retraso. En mi recuerdo, María Luisa, se queda como esa gran amiga que siempre tuvo el deseo de acompañar y que tuvo el don de encontrar la palabra oportuna capaz de iluminar el panorama en momentos de incertidumbre. It was March 2018 when I started on the other network. By that time I didn't know anyone in these virtual lands. Every comment on my posts I valued highly and immediately went to the account of the person who had left it. That is how I made my first friends. On one occasion I received some warm and encouraging words about a short story I had written, when I looked at the user I saw that it was @mllg, I had no idea who it could be. I went to the account profile and saw that it was a lady who had started a little before me, in 2017. I started following her and reading her posts, each thing I read from her impressed me more than the last. All her writings were loaded with teachings, whether it was a story or some reflection, Maria Luisa was one of those great writers who had decided to leave us part of her art here in the blockchain. At that time there were no communities, but there were some large accounts to which people were affiliated, some of them established severe requirements to be part of them; in one of those accounts all were writers of great level, even some with published works and recognized nationally. María Luisa was part of that group, she was in the major leagues.  As time went by and by dint of comments we got to know each other more and more. It is impressive what one leaves of oneself in these written words. I learned that we both shared a great passion for teaching, we had both been teachers, I was not active but she continued her work teaching workshops related to personal growth. I also learned that we were both seniors, we both had grown children, and we both shared the firm belief that all people can change for the better. When the new network was created, we were both part of the large group of users who decided to join HIVE, and here we continued our virtual exchange, reading and commenting on each other; Maria Luisa was lighting my way with her words full of wisdom. I had already started to be part of the Holos team, invited by Damarys and Mirianna, when in a work meeting I received with great joy the news that María Luisa was joining the staff of our columnists. Now we were also teammates. From that moment on our contact was permanent, almost every day we communicated to organize community activities. At that time both she and I had programs in Discord, it was a time of a lot of activity in our beloved Holos community. One fine day she told us all that she was leaving the country, she was going to Spain to be with her children and to take care of some health problems. None of us had any information that the problem that afflicted her was serious. We were surprised that her participation became more and more sporadic, although she always left some article to enrich our community's feed.  A few days ago we received the sad news that she had passed away. Between one thing and another, it had been difficult for her relatives to find a way to communicate with us, so the news reached us late. In my memory, Maria Luisa remains as that great friend who always had the desire to accompany us and who had the gift of finding the right word capable of illuminating the panorama in moments of uncertainty.
