Hola amigos, les deseo un feliz fin de semana. Hoy quiero compartir con todos mi experiencia en el taller de parkour que fue realizado en el IRDA. Este taller fue impartido por unos jóvenes entrenadores que quieren animar a la gente a conocer el concepto del parkour y su filosofía.

Cuando llegué, lo primero que me dijeron fue que hiciera calentamiento antes de empezar a saltar y correr. Luego nos dieron una breve charla sobre qué es el parkour y nos contaron su historia y dónde se originó.
When I arrived, the first thing they told me to do was warm up before starting to jump and run. Then they gave us a brief talk about what parkour is and told us about its history and where it began.

Me encantó el taller. Me gustó que compartieran con nosotros el pensamiento y la motivación que les impulsa a practicar este deporte y convertirlo en su forma de vida. Me identifico mucho con la ideología del parkour de ser fuerte para ser útil. Esto me llamó mucho la atención y me motivó aún más para seguir amando este deporte y descubriendo de lo que es capaz mi cuerpo.
I loved the workshop. I liked that they shared with us the thinking and motivation that drives them to practice this sport and make it their way of life. I really identify with the parkour ideology of being strong in order to be useful. This really caught my attention and motivated me even more to continue loving the sport and discovering what my body is capable of.

Esta experiencia ha sido única, y felicito a los chicos que organizaron este taller, que sé que cautivó a mucha gente, incluyéndome a mí. Soy una persona a la que le encanta la actividad física. No solo practico un poco de parkour, sino que también hago calistenia y boxeo, y me encanta hacer senderismo por la montaña. Me considero un apasionado de la vida y la actividad física.
This experience has been unique, and I congratulate the guys who organized this workshop, which I know captivated many people, including myself. I am someone who loves physical activity. Not only do I practice a little parkour, but I also do calisthenics and boxing, and I love hiking in the mountains. I consider myself passionate about life and physical activity.
