Hola queridos amigos. Esta pregunta que nos hace la amiga @irenenavarroart hay que responderla muy bien y tengo que aclarar algo:
1.- Las casas viejas son las mejores, tienen gran tamaño y están mejor hechas por sus buenos materiales.
2.-Vivo en apartamento y añoro una casa con patio y con su frente con jardín.
3.- En mi familia hay muchos que no son albañiles, pero que saben trabajar con cemento, electricidad y el reto que se les presente. Hasta mis hijas saben hacer una mezcla.
4.- Lo viejo no tiene por qué desecharse si se le puede dar otra oportunidad.
Cuando llegué a este apartamento (doy gracias a Dios por eso) tenía 3 cuartos, 1 baño, su sala-comedor y su cocina con el lavadero. Pero la sala era demasiado grande y la cocina era muy pequeña. Así que le agregamos a la sala un cuarto pequeño para los niños y unimos la cocina con el lavadero y nos dio una cocina muy cómoda. Mis hijos hicieron el vaciado de los mesones tipo granito y quedó espaciosa.
