Un helado de cumpleaños - Jueves de #TBT [Es-En]

 Una de las más lindas experiencias de la vida es encontrar amigos que se vuelven familia. Rebuscando en el cajón de los recuerdos encontré esta foto, no recuerdo bien, pero creo que es de 2019, lo que si recuerdo bien es que era el cumpleaños de mi amiga Nino. Eran tiempos difíciles, pero con nuestro reducido presupuesto nos hicimos la fila de casi una hora en el centro comercial para comer esos heladitos que eran muy populares en esa época, por su bajo costo. ¿De qué sabor creen que eran? ¡De banana! Y le ponían distintos jarabes, galletitas, chispas o cosas así... Nosotras nos fuimos por lo más básico. No sé quien estaba más emocionada, si la pequeña Paty o yo, que me sentía como una niña esperando para comer mi helado. La aventura de cumpleaños continuó en los pasillos de Traky (tienda por departamentos famosa en Venezuela por sus precios y ofertas) en dónde nos retamos a conseguir prendas de 1 dólar. Creo que no compramos nada allí ese dia, pero perseguir ofertas era una de nuestras diversiones cuando salíamos de paseo. La pequeña Paty se probó todos los sombreros y le hizo ojitos a todos los juguetes. Entre risas y fotos la pasamos genial. Finalmente, antes de irnos entramos al super mercado y paseamos por los pasillos buscando ofertas de chucherías y nuevamente nos retamos para ver quién conseguía la mejor oferta. Nos fuimos con una bolsa de snaks y hasta un chocolate. La jornada terminó comiendo esas chuches frente al televisor viendo Mohana por enésima vez. Recordar ese día y otros muchos que compartimos juntas, me llena el corazón de alegría. Vienen a mí el calor de los abrazos y las risas; aunque ahora llevamos varios años separadas y vivimos en países distintos seguimos compartiendo experiencias maravillosas a través de la pantalla. La pequeña Paty es una adolescente que me llena de orgullo por su buen desempeño escolar y sus proyectos y Nino sigue siendo mi hermana del alma. We had a great time between laughs and photos. Finally, before leaving, we went into the supermarket and strolled through the aisles looking for deals on goodies, and once again we challenged each other to see who could get the best deal. We left with a bag of snacks and even a chocolate bar. The day ended with us eating those sweets in front of the television, watching Mohana for the umpteenth time. Remembering that day and many others we shared together fills my heart with joy. The warmth of hugs and laughter comes back to me; although we've been separated for several years now and live in different countries, we continue to share wonderful experiences on screen. Little Paty is a teenager who fills me with pride for her good school performance and her projects, and Nino remains my soul sister.
