It's very interesting to discuss the food in Bangkok, especially the best and largest market in Bangkok: Chatuchak Weekend Market. As the name suggests, Chatuchak is actually open every Saturday and Sunday, but now it seems to be open almost every day.

Although I a little confuse by the daily routine and habits of people in Bangkok who are always active after 8:00 a.m. 'Cause markets in Indonesia usually open at 6:00 a.m.), I end up arrive at Chatuchak too early, even though it already 8:00 a.m. Understanding local customs while traveling is incredibly helpful.

Even though I was planning to have breakfast at Chatuchak this morning, it seemed like it would be really fun to find typical Bangkok food here. I also expected Chatuchak to have something exciting to try, especially their diverse street food.

So, even though I was just looking for breakfast, this was incredibly interesting and made me very happy. Especially finding places that look local, like rice omelettes. They seem ordinary, but for some reason, when I arrived in Bangkok, my wife told me I had to try a rice omelet from Bangkok. She seemed to like them, and I was influenced.

We ordered a rice omelet, beautifully decorated with lettuce and purple orchid-like flowers. Why was that decoration on my plate? There's always something surprising about every meal in Bangkok. But honestly, it tasted delicious! Do they use other ingredients in their egg omelettes?

It was the same when we first entered this street food stall. We were drawn to the mango sticky rice, which was so pleasing to the eye. As soon as we saw the mangoes out front and in the hot sun, it seemed like it would be delicious to try. Especially in the morning, when there are so many street vendors selling it.

One of our habits in Bangkok is to buy mango sticky rice at places like this, street food. We rarely buy it in restaurants because it seems like this kind of food is more traditional and more intimate. The taste is different, and I prefer it to be like the locals do.

Honestly, it feels very different, a cheap price with maximum quality is a matter of planning and luck.
