What's your top priority when dining at a restaurant? The food? The drinks? Favorite or viral dishes? Or the concept? Overall, I prefer the concept of the restaurant itself, and of course, before that, it has to be delicious food and great value.
Often, we prefer eat some food at home rather than going to a restaurant. We usually go to a restaurant because we want something new. That concept is what makes Pepperlunch one of my favorite restaurants. Why? Because they use a concept I really like: Sizzling. This means I can customize my own food.
At Pepperlunch, I have to order my food in advance, standing right at the cashier before being seated. Then, after paying the bill, I'm given a table number and a seat. Here, I ordered two of my wife and I's favorites.
The menu included: BBQ Premium Beef and Hamburg, Teriyaki Chicken with Egg, and a glass of Flow Green Tea. Of course, can you guess what my favorite dish is?
I order menu teriyaki chicken with egg, as it's my favorite dish at Pepperlunch. They make a delicious teriyaki sauce, especially with the chicken, which is incredibly tender and juicy. I think their cooking method is truly professional, selecting the perfect cut for teriyaki, grill on an iron pan.
Not only that, I also have the chance to try my wife's premium BBQ beef. It melted in my mouth. The thin slices of meat cooking through even on a very hot pan. Topping with a sweet and savory garlic sauce, it create a truly delicious and unforgettable dish. The hamburger beef were especially tender, falling apart on your tongue when you bite into it.
Furthermore, the restaurant seemed very busy, even though the prices were a bit higher than other restaurants. But, that's the thing about the taste buds. Although a bit pricey, isn't it? People prefer a good taste over a waste of money? That's what we call worth the purchase, right?
