Honestly, a bit hesitant to write this post in the drinks or food category. We all be pretty sure, the ice cream is a drink, right? But with the help of GPT chat, I learn that ice cream is a food. Is it because ice cream can't be drink like a gulp?
But the most important thing isn't that, it's believing in the spectacular natural products of Thailand. Who doubts the taste of Thai coconut? Does anyone disagree? One of the things I going to do is hunt for Thai coconut sorbet ice cream at Chatuchak market.
There are many merchants selling this type of ice cream, because Chatuchak is a favorite destination for international tourists because it has everything. You can find crocodile leather wallets, and even insects.
I'm not that extreme when it comes to food, I just look for things I can eat. Of course, Bangkok in warm weather, sun is fall in, so to cool off a bit and relieve my headaches from the excessive light, it was perfect to try Thai coconut sorbet ice cream. I got this right at the end of Chatuchak. But I forgot which section, it was really random.
For 60 baht, I got this Thai coconut sorbet. The portion was enough for one person, not to be shared with anyone, not even my wife. Let her buy more, but this one was mine!
I didn't request any toppings, just the best ones, not too sweet. So she gave me peanuts, nata de coco, and red beans. She actually offered to add pandan sticky rice, but that would have changed the flavor of the coconut, as pandan sticky rice usually has a strong aroma.

There were seven toppings lined up, and they didn't seem too sweet and were still acceptable for everyone. There was no chocolate, strawberry jam, or anything else; this really wouldn't appeal to young people, right?
