ÂżQuĂ© tal amigos? ÂżCĂłmo estĂĄn? Espero que estĂ©n muy bien, mis Bros. Es un placer para mĂ compartirles lo que ha sido mi entrenamiento del dĂa de hoy.
Bueno amigos, el dĂa de hoy entrenĂ© front lever y tirĂ© uno que otro aguante de plancha, pero mĂĄs especĂficamente me enfoquĂ© en el front lever. Sinceramente, hoy fue un dĂa demasiado cansado. He estado muy agotado Ășltimamente, ya que, como leyeron en mi publicaciĂłn anterior, estaba en una preparaciĂłn fĂsica para llegar con un buen fĂsico al evento que se realizĂł el 20 de este mes, donde tuve que reducir calorĂas, hacer un poco mĂĄs de cardio y todo eso. La verdad, eso me agotĂł demasiado. Pero bueno, ya estoy recuperando un poco mĂĄs las energĂas. Sin embargo, sigo sin descansar bien, y eso me estĂĄ preocupando un poco. Pero bueno, esta semana decidĂ tomarla como descarga; Ășnicamente voy a entrenar especĂficamente, e incluso hoy, mĂĄs que todo, con banda elĂĄstica.
En cuanto al front lever, la verdad no me matĂ© mucho la vida porque sĂ he estado demasiado cansado. Pero bueno, mi entrenamiento de hoy se enfocĂł en el toque y la explosividad. TirĂ© unas tres series sin banda elĂĄstica y, la verdad, me sentĂ pĂ©simo. Luego utilicĂ© la banda elĂĄstica y, aunque todavĂa me siento pesado, ya me ayuda un poco a corregir la postura. La verdad, no quiero mal acostumbrarme solo por estar cansado.
En plancha, solamente hice unos aguantes: unos en pino y otros en suelo. Los del suelo, la verdad, no los grabĂ©, pero dirĂa que fueron unas cuatro series, como mucho.
Respecto a mis sensaciones, ya se las mencioné: me he sentido demasiado agotado, pésimo. Pero bueno, no hay que aflojar. Esta semana la voy a aprovechar para descansar bien el cuerpo, porque la verdad, mi sistema nervioso estå hecho caca. Pero bueno, ahà vamos.

Hello friends! How are you? I hope you're all doing very well. My bros, it's a pleasure for me to share with you what my training was like today.
Well, friends, today I trained front lever and held a few planks, but more specifically, I focused on the front lever. Honestly, today was an extremely tiring day. I've been very exhausted lately because, as you read in my previous post, I was in physical preparation to arrive with a good physique at the event held on the 20th of this month, where I had to reduce calories, do a bit more cardio, and all that. Honestly, it drained me a lot. But well, I'm already recovering some energy. However, I still haven't been resting well, and thatâs starting to worry me a bit. But anyway, I decided to take this week as a recovery week; I will only train specifically, and today, mostly with resistance bands.
Regarding the front lever, I didn't push myself too hard because Iâve been very tired. But my workout today focused on touch and explosiveness. I did about three sets without a resistance band, and honestly, I felt terrible. Then I used the resistance band, and although I still feel heavy, it helps me a bit to correct my posture. I really donât want to get used to feeling bad just because Iâm tired.
For planks, I only did some holds: some in a pike position and others on the ground. I didnât record the ground ones, but Iâd say I did about four sets at most. As for my feelings, I already told you: Iâve felt extremely exhausted, terrible. But well, I canât slack off. Iâm going to use this week to rest my body properly because, honestly, my nervous system is in bad shape. But anyway, weâre getting there.
