Que hay, amigos, ¿cómo están? Espero que bien. Hoy les voy a compartir un poco de unos combos de plancha que hice el día de ayer. Ayer entrené plancha, traje unos combos en paralelas y unos en el suelo. Hoy les voy a hablar un poco de los combos que hice en el suelo.
Después de calentar y hacer los combos en paralelas, metí 2 combos en el suelo. El combo fue explosivo: empecé con "estraldel" a dedos, luego bajé a flexión a palmas, subí con aplauso, bajé a flexión y volví a subir con aplauso. Marcó "estraldel", subí a press, marqué un pino a una mano y bajé de nuevo a "estraldel" con una flexión con aplauso y un aguante de 2 segundos. El combo está duro y se ve nítido, pero hay que mejorar mucho la forma y me falta fuerza para subir el press de forma limpia. También el balance en el pino a una mano es fundamental, pero ahí vamos poco a poco. Pienso pulir ese combo para futuras competencias.
