Hello Hive Learners Family!!!
I hope all of you are doing well and enjoying the first day of week with zeal and enthusiasm. I'm sure all Pakistani and Indian friends have celebrated their Independence Days in their own style. I miss my time spend on hive so much and I can't resist myself to write today. This blog is my submission to Hive Learners Weekly Featured Content topic Know Thy Neighbor for week 179 episode 01.
Without much Ado let's begin it :
The word neighbors means the person who share walls, streets, routines and live side by side. On the occasion of joy and sorrow they reached early than our kith and kin who lives in different areas or cities.
In modern world phrase Mind your business. Is very popular. People don' t like someone's else presence or interference. The barely interact with each other and know the people living next door. ________
My Relationship with Neighbors :
________ I belong to a village but now we are residing in city. I'm grown up in the environment where people live with neighbors like relatives or siblings. I know all the people living in my surroundings as well I greet and meet them almost daily. Let me share a beautiful memory with you :
People belongs to different casts in my locality. Every cast have different trends, values, languages etc. One my childhood friend belongs to " Rajput Mayo" caste and they cook weird combo of food. I used to enjoy their meals. They sold out their home and shifted to somewhere else. After 15 years, they came back in the same house, surprisingly my friend remembered the food I cherish to eat at their home. He invited me at his home on dinner. It wasn't about food it was about love and sense of connection. ________

Life is very unpredictable. In case of emergency there would be our neighbors would be the first to stand by us. In a world struggling with isolation, mental health issues, and lack of real-life connections, knowing your neighbor could be a simple yet powerful solution. ________
Am I the Neighbor I’d Like?
________ That's a very serious question. On the honest note I tried to be as trustworthy, approachable and help as much possible. I always keep in touch with my neighbors. I often asked children in the street if they need my help in studies or they want me to buy them balloons or ice cream but on the condition to let me play with them cricket :) ________
Conclusion :
________ Our society value the independence buy disconnection isn't acceptable. A strong neighborhood doesn’t mean losing privacy, but it means gaining a circle of trust and support right outside your door.
Holy Prophet (PBUH) said :
"Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day should not harm his neighbor. Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day should honor his guest, and whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day should speak good or remain silent."
~(Sahih al-Bukhari, Sahih Muslim)
