Abrasoles amigos del anime
Hoy no hablaré del anime en su totalidad, ya que al ser de culto de seguro cada uno de ustedes ya lo vio de principio a fin. Sin embargo, está vez, quiero que analicemos juntos el final de Inuyasha, expresar nuestro sentir al final de la serie, que cosas nos faltaron o estuvieron de más.
Resumen de la trama
Nuestra historia comienza con una chica proveniente de la era moderna, la cual es absorbida por el pozo devorador de almas que se encuentra en su casa, recordemos que Kagome Higurashi o Aome en la traducción latina, vivía en un santuario ⛩️ junto a su familia. Esta familia estaba compuesta por su abuelo, madre y hermano menor, además de su gato mascota.
Dentro del pozo, Kagome, ve seres que jamás pensó existían, dichos demonios buscaban la extinta perla de Shikon misma que se encuentra dentro del cuerpo de Kagome. Una vez atraviesa el pozo, llega a la era feudal del antiguo Japón, a la era Sengoku, misma donde era normal ver a demonios, monjes, sacerdotisas, brujas y guerreros. Su desconcierto es abismal, y es allí donde se desarrolla el primer encuentro de una chica asustada y demonio perro sellado en un árbol.
Al despertarlo de su letargo quitando la flecha qué era su sello, Inuyasha regresa a la vida buscando venganza. La chica que tiene ante él, le recuerda a la sacerdotisa que lo selló, sin embargo él desconoce que han transcurrido cincuenta años desde aquel suceso.
Por fin la perla incrustada en Kagome es arrebatada y ella misma en un arranque por recuperarla y de manera inexperta, usa el arco y flecha destruyendo la perla en cientos de fragmentos. Posterior a esto vemos como esta chica del tiempo moderno se une a Inuyasha para recuperar cada fragmento.
Una humana y un mitad demonio viven grandes aventuras y desafíos, donde nuevos personajes aparecen,la líos amorosos están presentes al igual que los celos y aquella que pensaba estaba muerta hoy deambula como un alma errante gritando venganza. Sin embargo, el villano Naraku es el mal mayor por ende cada uno de los personajes buscará derrotarlo.
El grupo compuesto por Kagome, la reencarnación de la sacerdotisa Kikyo, Inuyasha mitad humano, mitad demonio, Sango, una guerrera que busca venganza, Shippo un demonio zorro inexperto y Miroku, un monje qué busca acabar la maldición de su familia unen fuerzas para derrotar a Naraku.
Por otro lado encontramos a Kikyo, quien regresó a la vida gracias a una bruja que quería dominarla, logrando arrebatar las almas de Kagome para este propósito, cosa que no resultó del todo, además junto a ella está Kohaku, hermano menor de Sango quien también vive a gracias a un fragmento de la perla.
En cada episodio podemos ver la tensión, las luchas, el amor, el desconcierto y los celos, además de los toques de humor algo pervertidos por parte del monje Miroku. En otro ámbito, las disputas familiares por parte de Inuyasha y su hermano mayor Sesshomaru, quien es un demonio completo, sin embargo posee su corazón de pollo, ya que protege a Rin, la humana que viaja junto a él y Jaken.
El final
Posterior a que Kagome descubriera que sus poderes espirituales habían sido sellados, y suponiendo que quien lo había hecho era Kikyo, la batalla final se vuelve más cercana.
La perla de Shikon, ya está así completa y ambas partes buscan apoderarse de esta para cumplir su deseo. Naraku por su parte, obsesionado con Kikyo busca ser humano, mientras que Inuyasha en un inicio buscaba ser un demonio completo, hoy aquel deseo ya extinto, solo busca derrotar a Naraku y evitar que un mal mayor aparezca.
En este último encuentro, vemos que la batalla se desarrolla en el interior del mismo Naraku, habiendo que el grupo ingrese y pelee. Dentro de él, los peligros son mayores, veneno por todos lados, pasadizos qué los separan y ponen a prueba sus propias fuerzas y convicciones.
Luego de ver como Inuyasha es controlado, Kagome busca volverlo a la normalidad Sesshomaru alias “amo bonito” si se preocupa de su hermano y no ayuda (en varias ocasiones), Miroku se preocupa más por Sango que su maldición, nos refleja que este episodio final guarda todo lo bueno que pueda haber; está el compañerismo, la fe, el amor y amistad por todos lados lo que se agradece.
Posterior a la derrota de Naraku por parte de Inuyasha Kagome y la ayuda del amo bonito, pensamos que todo estará bien, sin embargo cuando uno piensa esto nunca sucede y así mismo ocurre.
Kagome es absorbida a otra dimensión junto a la perla dejando a un Inuyasha devastado, por que al final de cuentas si se dio cuenta de que la amaba. Luchando por recuperarla y gracias al viento cortante de su espada, ingresa a esa dimensión infestada de demonios, mientras tanto, Kagome, está tratando de ser manipulada por la misma perla de Shikon en un lugar oscuro y destructivo psicológicamente. Sin embargo, ella confía en Inuyasha y continúa esperándolo.
Al fin vemos su encuentro y Kagome por fin pide su deseo, “deseo que te destruyas” dice a la perla, acabando así con ella y con los demonios que habitaban en su interior y también con la larga batalla entre sacerdotisas y demonios. Una vez que el deseo se realiza, Kagome regresa a su mundo junto a Inuyasha, sin embargo esto dura escasos minutos e Inuyasha regresa a la era feudal solo.
La tristeza en ambos es evidente y posterior a tres años, el pozo nuevamente emanan energía provocando que Kagome pueda regresar, no sin antes despedirse de su madre. Inuyasha, desde el otro lado siente su presencia y corre al pozo qué se ha materializado nuevamente, ingresa su mano dentro del pozo y allí Kagome lo sujeta. Un reencuentro hermoso que podríamos pensar es un cierre magistral donde el amor ganó a la adversidad.
Posterior a aquello se nos deja ver un poco de su vida de pareja dejándonos el mensaje de que “el amor todo lo puede”.
Mi opinión
A mi parecer, en este cierre le faltó explotar aún más el poder espiritual de Kagome ya que esa parte no cierra muy bien del todo. Del mismo modo hizo falta un poco más acción en los últimos minutos de batalla entre Inuyasha y Naruto ya que la muerte de éste fue muy por debajo de lo que se esperaba.
En cuanto a la plática entre la perla y Kagome quedaron puntos inconclusos y quizás un anexo interesante hubiese sido que al conceder el deseo de su destrucción esta no lo cumpliera ingresando nuevamente en Kagome.
Otro punto que para mi no deja de ser importante es en cuanto a las reencarnaciones de Naraku, cada vez estas eran derrotadas más fácilmente lo que restaba emoción.
Y por último, la batalla final pasó volando, si bien es cierto hubieron partes de tensión, hubieron muchas más que no tenían profundidad, sobre todo en la parte que Kagome trata de volver a la normalidad a Inuyasha.

Today I won't be talking about the anime as a whole, since it's such a cult classic that I'm sure all of you have already seen it from beginning to end. However, this time, I want us to analyze the ending of Inuyasha together, express our feelings about the end of the series, and discuss what we felt was missing or unnecessary.
Plot summary
Our story begins with a girl from the modern era who is sucked into a soul-devouring well in her home. Remember that Kagome Higurashi, or Aome in the Latin translation, lived in a shrine ⛩️ with her family. This family consisted of her grandfather, mother, younger brother, and pet cat.
Inside the well, Kagome sees beings she never thought existed. These demons are searching for the extinct Shikon Jewel, which is inside Kagome's body. Once she crosses the well, she arrives in feudal Japan, in the Sengoku era, where it was normal to see demons, monks, priestesses, witches, and warriors. Her confusion is immense, and it is there that the first encounter between a frightened girl and a demon dog sealed in a tree takes place.
When she awakens him from his slumber by removing the arrow that was his seal, Inuyasha returns to life seeking revenge. The girl before him reminds him of the priestess who sealed him, but he is unaware that fifty years have passed since that event.
Finally, the pearl embedded in Kagome is snatched away, and in an inexperienced attempt to recover it, she uses the bow and arrow, destroying the pearl into hundreds of fragments. After this, we see how this modern-day girl joins forces with Inuyasha to recover each fragment.
A human and a half-demon live great adventures and challenges, where new characters appear, love affairs are present as well as jealousy, and the one who thought she was dead now wanders like a wandering soul crying out for revenge. However, the villain Naraku is the greater evil, so each of the characters will seek to defeat him.
The group, made up of Kagome, the reincarnation of the priestess Kikyo; Inuyasha, half-human, half-demon; Sango, a warrior seeking revenge; Shippo, an inexperienced fox demon; and Miroku, a monk seeking to end his family's curse, join forces to defeat Naraku.
On the other hand, we find Kikyo, who was brought back to life by a witch who wanted to dominate her, managing to steal Kagome's souls for this purpose, which did not quite work out. Alongside her is Kohaku, Sango's younger brother, who also lives thanks to a fragment of the pearl.
In each episode, we see tension, struggles, love, confusion, and jealousy, as well as touches of somewhat perverted humor from the monk Miroku. In another realm, there are family disputes between Inuyasha and his older brother Sesshomaru, who is a full-fledged demon, yet has a soft heart, as he protects Rin, the human who travels with him and Jaken.
The End
After Kagome discovers that her spiritual powers have been sealed, and assuming that Kikyo is responsible, the final battle draws nearer.
The Shikon Jewel is now complete, and both sides seek to seize it to fulfill their desires. Naraku, obsessed with Kikyo, seeks to become human, while Inuyasha, who initially sought to become a full demon, now seeks only to defeat Naraku and prevent a greater evil from appearing.
In this final encounter, we see that the battle takes place inside Naraku himself, with the group having to enter and fight. Inside him, the dangers are greater, with poison everywhere and passageways that separate them and test their own strength and convictions.
After seeing how Inuyasha is controlled, Kagome seeks to return him to normal. Sesshomaru, aka "handsome master," cares about his brother and does not help (on several occasions). Miroku cares more about Sango than his curse, reflecting that this final episode has all the good things there are: camaraderie, faith, love, and friendship everywhere, which is appreciated.
After Naraku's defeat by Inuyasha, Kagome, and the help of the handsome master, we think that everything will be fine, but when you think this, it never happens, and that's exactly what happens.
Kagome is absorbed into another dimension along with the pearl, leaving Inuyasha devastated, because in the end, he realized that he loved her. Fighting to get her back and thanks to the cutting wind of his sword, he enters that dimension infested with demons. Meanwhile, Kagome is being manipulated by the Shikon Jewel itself in a dark and psychologically destructive place. However, she trusts Inuyasha and continues to wait for him.
Finally, we see their reunion, and Kagome finally makes her wish: "I wish for you to be destroyed," she says to the jewel, thus ending it and the demons that lived inside it, as well as the long battle between priestesses and demons. Once the wish is granted, Kagome returns to her world with Inuyasha, but this lasts only a few minutes, and Inuyasha returns to the feudal era alone.
The sadness in both of them is evident, and three years later, the well once again emanates energy, allowing Kagome to return, but not before saying goodbye to her mother. Inuyasha, from the other side, senses her presence and runs to the well, which has materialized again. He puts his hand inside the well, and Kagome grabs it. A beautiful reunion that we might think is a masterful ending where love conquered adversity.
After that, we are given a glimpse into their life as a couple, leaving us with the message that "love conquers all."
My opinion
In my opinion, this ending failed to fully exploit Kagome's spiritual power, as that part doesn't quite tie up nicely. Similarly, there needed to be a little more action in the final minutes of the battle between Inuyasha and Naruto, as Naruto's death fell far short of what was expected.
As for the conversation between the pearl and Kagome, there were some unresolved issues, and perhaps an interesting addition would have been that when her wish for destruction was granted, it was not fulfilled by re-entering Kagome.
Another point that I think is important is that Naraku's reincarnations were defeated more and more easily, which detracted from the excitement.
And finally, the final battle flew by. While there were moments of tension, there were many more that lacked depth, especially in the part where Kagome tries to return Inuyasha to normal.
