Calculus Struggles! 😭

 Hey everyone, it's your favorite cutie blogger from the Philippines, @itsmejustine, back again! I've been super busy with classes and projects lately – college life, you know how it is, hehehe. But even so, life goes on, and so do my stories!  Life really does go on, which is why I'm here, practically sleep-deprived, all thanks to this calculus major subject! 😭 I started having calculus in my second year. Even back in Grade 12, I was already scared of calculus. But people said it was easy because it's just math, solving and solving. Oh my gosh, it looks so easy when you look at the formulas and given information. It can really ruin your day, ugh! Okay, my calculus was okay during my second year, first semester. I wasn't aiming for a high grade back then because I knew my capabilities. And nobody forced me to become a teacher, major in math of all things! 😭😭😭 It's like they think we're just counting numbers, plus plus or minus. Oh my gosh, when I saw the module, it was so difficult! Our professor is good at teaching, I understand him, but when he gives a quiz, my brain always spins. But even though it's difficult, I still fight on. Nobody forced me to be a math major anyway! But still choose it.😊  Damn, after all the sleepless nights and hardcore studying, it really paid off because I got passing scores on the quizzes and the midterm. But in the final exam, I was just one point short... But it's okay, I didn't fail calculus. Even though I hate it, I still persevered in studying. And that's life!!!...  In my second year, second semester, my brain was in good condition because I could catch up with the lesson easily. Then my grade increased by 2 points, from 1.* To 1.* That's what I prayed to the Lord, I don't want to fail my major because it's an important subject. I was already disappointed in myself during my first year because I didn't do well and I don't want to repeat the same way again. I knew that time I'm still adjusting, so it really affected my grades. That's why I am persevered in my major subjects now because that's where I got low grades during my first year.  I'm proud of myself on getting perfect scores on my assignments and passing scores in quizzes. It feels good that my effort is all worth it. It's not easy, guys, but I still fight on! Laban Magtutudlo!!!.  And now, in my 3rd year, oh my gosh, our calculus 3 is so difficult! Dude, we're only on module 4, but I already feel like crying when I read it. Each module has a bunch of questions to answer, and has a deadline to run, so I'm really pushing myself to study and answer. What sucks is that what I learned in calc 3 just disappears from my brain so fast! Huhhuhuhuhuh So many nights without sleep! OMG, guys, I'm so proud of my scores on my modules because they're all perfect! Not to brag , but I'm just really happy to share it with you. I'm hoping I can do better next time in the next lesson because our professor said it's gonna be a tough one. Wish me luck!  Next week, we're face-to-face, and our professor said we'll have a quiz with 5 lessons as our coverage. I'm cramming again to study. I hope what I studied gets into my brain! Huhuhuh, good luck to me, guys! I'll pray to the Lord that I will pass our quiz. In calculus 3 we're having our first quiz, and I'm manifesting that I'll pass so that my effort in studying will be worth it! In the morning, the quiz will cover 3 lessons, and in the afternoon, which is our quiz 2, it'll cover 2 lessons. Yes, guys, quiz 2 right away because our professor is in a hurry. I think he thinks we're already so bright, but it's okay, I'll still fight on! And next week, another module, another report! Ouhhhhhhh, this is just my life cycle as a college student! 🫶🫶
