Hello, Hivers! It’s me again — your college blogger from the Philippines. How are you guys? I hope you’re all doing great!

I went home to our province in Sagay, Borbon, Cebu because my family wanted to visit our relatives — and guess what, we really went! We also had a little catch-up with my aunties and uncles, talking about what they experienced during the earthquake that hit Cebu last September 30, 2025. I’m so grateful that they’re all safe in their homes.

My cousin Dishesness joined us when we visited our aunties. Of course, pictures are a must whenever we’re in a beautiful place!

We took photos while we were on the bridge because the place looked so nice. The four of us posed for a picture so we could have a keepsake. It was such a peaceful morning, and there was even fog because it had just rained early that day.

As we passed by, we saw a group of people near a chapel, and my heart felt touched seeing that they were distributing relief goods. It’s really heartwarming to see fellow Filipinos helping one another in times of need.

And of course, my mom and dad didn’t want to miss out — they had their pictures taken too! It was so cute seeing them pose for me. They’ve always been sweet before, but now they’re even sweeter!

The view in the countryside was so beautiful and peaceful — it really helps take away all the stress. 🌿
