Hello, my dear Hivers!
Today I want to share with y'all the time I spent with my sister when we went to church to light candles.

This experience happened before the 6.9 earthquake with Bogo City as the epicenter and through this blog, you’ll really see the beauty of the Archdiocesan Shrine of San Vicente Ferrer in Bogo City. The moment you enter the church you’ll be greeted by a breathtaking view; something beautiful. Its color always compliments the sky so well and in photos, it looks big but in person, it feels even grander and more majestic.

On the right side, this is what you’ll see.

We decided to buy seven candles. We chose an odd number on purpose because in our belief odd numbers bring better luck and balance.

You might be wondering where we lit our candles; well, this is the exact spot! There were many small red candles, and it looked so nice seeing them all together.
When we arrived at the candle area honestly I struggled a bit at first as the candles were really hot and the perfertionist me wanted them to be placed neatly side by side. It took me a few tries to light them up properly, but after a minute, I finally succeeded!

After that, we went closer to the saints and said our silent prayers. It was such a heartwarming experience , I felt so peaceful and comforted being there. It’s one of those moments where you can just pause, reflect and feel God’s presence surrounding you. It reminded me how even in the busiest times , faith brings calmness to our hearts.
That’s all for today’s blog, my dear Hivers! Thank you so much for reading!
