We have fathers day celebration today in the Philippines and our small family head out to the closest resort called pacific cebu resort which is located in lapu-lapu . We spent the weekend there and enjoyed our family time as we celebrated fathers day. It was good to be just out in the apartment for a while and smell the fresh breeze of the ocean. It's a quiet weekend in the resort as there's not so many guests. The resort is amazingly nice with beautiful green grass, blooming orange trees around and happy staff. They have their own mango trees that they harvest their green mango shake straight away from their own tree. Cool, right? We had some Filipino food for lunch and some Italian food around dinner time.
We had an amazing time by ourselves, taking it slow and spending time with our little family. Walking around, taking a quick dip into the pool and watching the sunset and 90 percent just relaxing, chilling around watching other guests enjoying swimming by the beach. It was a beautiful weekend. And can't wait to explore more resorts that's close to home for a weekend getaway.
