.Hi guys. What a great place to go camping, well cabin camping. This cabin was perched in the middle of a 600 acre farm just outside of Port Burwell, Ontario. Who would have known such a place existed right in the middle of farm country.
.
This is the inside. It takes you back many many years to what it was like when there was no electricity or running water. Complete with a wood stove, a couch that we didn't even use and a bed. Perfect.
.
.
.No bad smells here. Just past the out house the land drops about 65 feet down to the river.
.
.The river was a bit of a downward climb to get to but that added to the fun of exploration. Sandy shores were the main stay.
.An average sized tree. I believe this is a maple. Some of the trees in this forest are older than 250 Years. Incredible wisdom in this forest.
.
.Another tall one. The pictures don't really show you just how big these trees are. .
.The boys, Cooper and Bazzle had a blast. The first thing they had when we returned home , was a bath. ha
.
.
.
Just a little fire to keep the mosquitos at bay.. They wern't too bad anyway. Only 1 tick the entire trip as well.
.
.That's it for now
Next trip will probably be Manitoulin Island
Stay tuned :)
