A Whole New World In An Hour

The world is a beautiful place with so many amazing things to make it habitable. Some have limitless access to enjoy it due to their status and class. While some are limited to access them, also due to their own constraints. This question keeps popping up in my mind. Some people enjoy unlimited power supply while it is some others' prayer point. Some go to the best schools while some cannot even go to the cheapest ones. Is it the bad roads? A journey that's supposed to take you 10-15 minutes drive, takes over an hour because of its deteriorating state. A commoner can't even access good medical facilities. It bleeds my heart seeing people suffer, especially over basic human needs. In a situation where the world is in my hands and I have just an hour to change things, I'll change my country's constitution. It will be all inclusive. All corrupt leaders would be duly persecuted. Anyone above the age of 25 who's interested in governance has the opportunity to contest for any position of their choice by merit and the process would be fair that the blind would testify of its fairness. Education would be free at all levels and teaching jobs would be enviable because teachers would be handsomely paid. All roads would be easily accessible. Basic human needs wouldn't be a determinant for affluence, but should be seen as normal human needs that everyone could afford comfortably. Accessing medical facilities would be completely free. Agriculture would be fully mechanized for easy farming, food processing and storage. House rent would be based on the government's policy not landlords or agents and houses must be built based on government's standards. The media would be independent of the government for effective and unbiased information dissemination. Electricity bill, telecommunications ( both data usage, not just calls alone ) and digital television subscriptions would be “pay as you go”. Every state of the federation would manage their resources for equal distribution. Skills acquisitions and facilities for enhancement would be available to reduce over-dependencies on government.There would be a conducive environment for people to run their business, to encourage entrepreneurship and getting jobs would not look like a tall dream. At the expiration of one hour everyone would be embracing a whole new world of total transformation which would also positively affect us all.
