So we were out today, and went to Dagupan City. Seriously, the traffic in Binmaley is so bad. Our supposedly 30-40 minutes travel turned into 2 hours. Wondering what the government is doing to de-escalate the situation. The presence of the authorities was believed by many to be causing the congestion more.
