Betrayal at the Peace Meeting.

 Arthur overheard that Colonel Favours planned to frame and hang Captain Monroe for working with the Native Americans. When Monroe was arrested, Arthur stepped in and took a guard hostage to free him. We escaped on horseback with Charles, fighting off soldiers along the way and taking cover in the trees to protect Monroe.  The guard left Arthur in the tent alone to get some rest. Someone was talking about having Monroe court-martialed or attempting to.   I had to get up and peek out through the tent to eavesdrop on the conversation clearly, and I heard one guard was telling the other one that the colonel was convinced that Monroe had something to do with the vaccines getting stolen. Favours things Monroe was gonna force him into making a concession with the Indians, so he'd remove Monroe by hanging him.  Arthur returned to the meeting and found the conversation was not going in favor of Rains as the colonel was saying the lands that the tribe currently occupied belonged to the United States Government.  Rains understood the motive of the colonel, so he decided to leave the meeting, and then Monroe said the Federal Government was quite clear that it wanted peace and peace for all, and that the Treaty had not been broken by anybody. The colonel said he was insulted, and the regiment was insulted by Monroe, so he asked the guards to arrest Monroe for disobeying an order also complained that Monroe had the vaccines stolen.   Arthur understood it was not going to go well for Monroe, so he decided to take him along with them, and he took a guard hostage so they would leave Monroe to them.   Rains and his crew have already left the place. Monroe and Charles fetch horses when I was backing up towards my horse, taking the hostage with me so no one shoot us.  But a soon as I left the hostage behind and was escaping from the place, the guards started shooting at us, so we had to ride faster so as not to get any shot wounds.   I knew there would be guards who'd try to stop us on our way, but I didn't think they would come this fast. Charles and Monroe were totally focused on escaping, so I had to take care of the guards on our tail.  We kept riding to get away from the guards, but some of them were in front of us and shot the horse that Monroe was riding. We had to stop and take care of those guards.   More guards were coming from the left, so Charles suggested we head for the trees as we were penned in. We found some cover and then we had to protect Monroe from the guards there.
